Mission Trip Info:

Uganda is a country in Eastern Africa, and is bordered by Kenya on the east, Congo on the west, Sudan to the North and Tanzania & Rwanda to the South.  It is a country whose past may be defined by atrocities carried out by dictators, and whose present and future seem to be defined by the HIV and AIDS crisis.  It is a land predominantly occupied by young people ages 0 to 19 that have been left to care for themselves.

Your team will have the incredible privilege to show the Father’s heart for the orphaned as you work with over 400 street kids in a field in Uganda.  Smile Africa ministers to these children of the Karamojong tribe, a despised people of Uganda.  There at Smile Africa they are given two meals a day and a basic education.  They have heard the gospel and many know God personally...but they need His arms wrapped around them!  They need people to come show God’s love and care for them as you play and teach them more about His word and His promises, which are for them.

This trip is not for the weak in heart!!! You will NOT be the SAME!!

You can GO, too, and make a difference in the Nation of Uganda!
